The CVR-100+ offers a very detailed crystal clear sound which is on a par with its brilliant design.
Amplifier:
It includes an 2 x 60 watt stereo class AB amplifier.
All functions can be easily controlled by the massive adjustment wheel, the included remote control or the app. You can also change "Treble", "Bass" and "Balance" and some DSP-features like "Stereo", "Live", "Stadium" and "Hall".
There is no problem operating active loudspeakers or a sub with the CVR-100+ by using its pre-out function. If you think the 2 x 60 Watts at 4 Ohm amplifying not enough: No problem. You also can connect another amplifier via the pre-out. We recommend the purchase of our A-100 power amplifier (2 x 150 watts at 8 ohm, 2 x 225 watts at 4 ohm) or the V-120 amplifier ( 2 x 120 watts at 4 Ohm).
You can use the CVR-100+ with 2 pairs of speakers.
Tuner:
With the built-in triple tuner you can receive the whole range of modern radio enjoyment. You will be able to receive FM transmissions, digital radio with the DAB-tuner and internet radio via streaming. There are thousands of radio stations online which can be chosen and organized by the using the adjustment wheel or via a special website where you have to register once an can comfortably organize all your favorites.

UPnP means all devices or storagesthat can easily be connected to your home network
so you can stream mp3s or other media to devices in the same network.
Network Attached Storage (NAS)
This is an UPnP-able hard disk that can be foundinside the network without being connected to a computer.
This is an easy way to your own music server.
Just connect an USB hard drive to your router and activate
NAS in it's configuration. The router's manual may help.
If you put music on the NAS you will see
that you can access the files
by all your DLNA-devices

The CVR-100+ sets up connections to the internet apart from a few minor details, pretty much by itself. You can feed the CVR-100+ with music form your PC or Mac as well. Besides the 4 analogue Cinch/RCA input sockets, the CVR-100+ also offers a phono jack for your record player ? perfect for friends of vinyl. The CVR-100+ can become the heart of your home entertainment system. Through its connectability you can connect nearly every actual device from the home entertainment. Your DVD-player, the TV, even your old tape deck can be combined with the CVR-100+.

If you want to use the APP as an remote control
you have to assure that the CVR-100+ and you're device
use the same network.
When starting the APP "Block" and connecting to the CVR-100+
you will be asked for a special code. It's "1234"
Afterwards you can fully use the APP and change
e.g. volume, tracks or radio stations! (available for iOS and Android) you are able to use your tablet or smartphone as a remote control for features like volume, changing tracks and much more.
Located on the front panel, hidden by a cover there s a USB connection, you can play your music from a USB stick or hard drive.
Also integrated on the front panel is a Headphone Socket for undisrupted music enjoyment.
It is available in diamond silver and sapphire black, always wrapped in a solid metal-casing. It doesn?t have any mentionable self-noise due to the lateral aluminum heatsink which allows Block to renounce the using of a fan. So your hi-fi enjoyment is not disturbed.
Like all block devices the CVR-100+ is also provided with a main on/off switch.
